What fabric do Astr use?

Astr products are made with (Tees - 240 GSM, Sweat & Hoodies 300 - 400 GSM) heavyweight 100% cotton for a premium feel and long-lasting wear. The fabric is soft yet durable, designed to hold shape even after multiple washes.

Will the colors fade or the print crack?

No—Astr uses wash-tested printing methods (DTF/DTG/screen printing) to ensure vibrant colors that don’t crack or peel. To keep your tee looking new: wash inside-out in cold water, avoid bleach, tumble dry low or hang dry, and never iron directly on the print.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 hours and delivered in 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities like Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad often receive faster delivery.

Can I exchange my order if the size doesn’t fit?

Yes. We have a 7-day easy exchange policy with a nominal fee to cover shipping charges. Just make sure the product is unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with tags.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If this ever happens, simply contact our support within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

The shirt and the size were amazing. I can feel the print on the shirt. Maybe astr should try and make the print more soft. Other than that its perfect.

Thank you for your feedback 🙏 The slight sticky feel you noticed was because of the DTF printing technique we used earlier on our 180 GSM tees. We’ve now upgraded our t-shirts to 240 GSM French Terry, and with this premium fabric there’s no such issue — the print feels much smoother and more comfortable. We’re constantly improving to give you the best quality in the segment.
